Duties: Provides services to support programs at residential facility. Insure the safety and security of consumers provide transportation to and from assigned program locations, and work sites. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-4 months experience providing direct care, personal assistance, or any combination of training and experience. Two positions 1FT/40 hrs per week, and 1FT/30 hrs per week.
Position: Full Time
Salary: Wage: $16,137-$20,800 for FT. Commensurate with education and experience.
Benefits: Full benefits for 40/hrs per week. Prorated benefits for 30/hrs per week.
