As Director of ConnectRappahannock since April of 2009, Cindy manages all program operations including building website content, overseeing email groups, and handling marketing, events, and strategic planning for ConnectRappahannock. 

As a local Realtor and native of the Northern Neck, Cindy brings with her a wealth of knowledge about the area.  In addition, Cindy has a background in the legal and management fields.  As a volunteer in the community, she has served in many capacities with the Animal Welfare League, Lancaster Band Boosters, YMCA and currently with the White Stone Church of the Nazarene.
